Computers have been a lifelong passion of mine. I started exploring programs at a young age, taking my first Photoshop and HTML classes at age 12. In high school I began studying analog photography. I loved the entire process from loading the film to developing my own prints. Soon, though, I realized that digital photography was the new and irreversible trend. As a preference, I never found digital photography to be quite the same for me. Consequently, I refocused my advanced studies into learning much of Adobe's Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS.
When my grandmother died, passing on wonderful historic photos dating back as far as the 1920's, I began to formulate a new interest that fed my yearning to combine my skills and passions into one umbrella of work. Photo restoration and preservation has become a strong special interest of mine.
Similarly, I have spent many years now working with high-end Epson ink jet printers. For me, output was the missing piece in digital photography. Using the eye that I developed in the darkroom, and my extensive technical knowledge, I have gained experience in the digital output world. I am especially passionate about fine art reproduction.
